Jammu, Oct 03: Senior leaders of Rashtriya Swayam Sewak and Bharatiya Janata Party from the state of Jammu & Kashmir remembered services of veteran RSS Pracharak and BJP’s former State General Secretary (Org.) Late Sh. Bhagwat Swaroop, who left for heavenly abode three days back at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar.

RSS Prant Sangh Chalak Brig. Suchet Singh, BJP State President Ravinder Raina (MLA), State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul, Chander Mohan Sharma, MP (Lok Sabha) Jugal Kishore Sharma, former CM Kavinder Gupta, MLC Girdhari Lal Raina, Ashwani Chrungoo spoke on the occasion remembering life and teachings of Bhagwat Swaroop ji.

Brig. Suchet Singh while remembering him, said that this is not important that how long we have lived but how we lived. Swaroop rendered selfless services. He was also jailed at the time of crisis for the cause of society.

Ravinder Raina, while remembering contributions of Swaroop ji, said that the contributions of Swaroop I were beyond any comparison. He said that Swaroop ji served the society and the Nation just like great ideologist Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhayay ji. The life of Swaroop ji will serve as a beacon to all, he said.

Ashok Kaul while paying floral tributes to the great soul, said that the Swaroop ji served the organization for 75 long years with full dedication and spirit of service to the society. He said that Swaroop ji served as RSS Pracharak, Jana Sangha, Praja Parishad and BJP without any expectation. He also remembered Swaroop ji’s resolve to never to become burden on organization in his last days.

Kavinder Gupta and Jugal Kishore Sharma said that Swaroop ji devoted his life for the service of the society and Nation with sole purpose of uniting people to strengthen the Nationalist forces in the state to defeat the nefarious designs of ill forces.

State Vice-Presidents Harinder Gupta, Arun Gupta, State General Secretaries Dr. Narinder Singh, Yudhvir Sethi, Vikram Randhawa, Aseem Gupta, Ajay Pargal, Veenu Khanna, Sunil Sethi, Brig. Anil Gupta, Balbir Ram Rattan, Tilak Raj Gupta, Arvind Gupta, Jugal Kishore Gupta, Sanjay Khanna, Jaidev Rajwal, Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, Kulbhushan Mohtra, Bharat Bhushan Sharma, Satish Sharma, VK Sethi,  Chandji Bhat, Rachpal Singh, Hunar Gupta, Vinay Gupta and others were amongst the prominent persons who paid tributes to the great soul.
