PAs of BJP MLAs, MLCs head for training at Chandigarh

Jammu, Sept 14: To improve the liaison between the government and organization common as well as to make sure that the target of good governance reaches up to common masses, the Personal Assistants and Private Secretaries of BJP lawmakers, i.e. MLAs and MLCs were sent for a training camp at Chandigarh.

BJP State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul flagged off the vehicle carrying the group of PAs and PSs of the lawmakers from the BJP J&K. BJP State Vice-President and State Incharge for Training Department Rajeev Charak also accompanied the group towards the Chandigarh.

The training programme has been specifically planned to increase the talent of dealing of public representatives through their offices with the organization and the common masses. This particular training session has been arranged for the Northern region having representation from the states of Uttrakhand, Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir.

While flagging off the expedition, Ashok Kaul directed all the PAs and the PSs of the MLAs and MLCs to gather maximum information in these sessions. He suggested them to make full use of the experiences shared by the seniors to apply them in their future. He said that the BJP being bound with the strict organizational principles, is always looking to serve the people with utmost humility and commitment. He said that he is very optimistic that upon returning from the training sessions, the PAs and the PSs will work with more force and vigour to deliver their best and will bring a good name to the organization.

Rajeev Charak, while giving insight on the present training session, said that the party holds these types of programmes on regular basis. He said that these sessions help in the improvement of the personal and social aura of a person, which is utmost important particularly in the social and political field as one person has to come in contact and deal with the ever-increasing number of important issues concerning common masses. He said that as the PAs and PSs of these public representatives have to direct deal with these issues, this particular session is focussed for the improvement of their problem solving and dealing skills.
