Kundal launches vaccination campaign in Kargil

KARGIL, SEPTEMBER 24: The Deputy Commissioner and CEO, LAHDC, Kargil, Vikas Kundal today launched a vaccination drive here at Middle School Baroo.

Speaking on the occasion, the DC said that this is an important health campaign which is aimed at healthy and secure life for our future generations and as such the paramedical staff should shoulder the utmost responsibility to achieve 100 per cent results.

Chief Medical Officer, Kargil, Dr Ibrahim Ahmad Khan and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.

Under the programme, as many as 42,000 children of the district are to be covered. To ensure 100 per cent success of the campaign, trained paramedical staff, Anganwari workers and ASHAs have been deployed at all places.
