SEPTEMBER 10: Governor has expressed grief over the sad demise of Prof. Rita
Jitendra, a renowned writer and former Secretary, J&K Academy of Art,
Culture and Languages.
In a
condolence message Governor has prayed for peace to the departed soul and strength
to the bereaved family in its hour of grief.
