LEH,
SEPTEMBER 18: District Election Officer (DEO) Leh, AvnyLavasa, today
appointed Administrator, Municipal Committee, Leh, Rigzin Spalgon as Assistant
Returning Officer (ARO, Headquarters).
As per the
order issued here, the newly appointed ARO shall receive nomination papers on
behalf of all Returning Officers for Municipal Elections and transfer the same
to the concerned ROs on a daily basis.
