National Lok Adalat at Jammu on Sept 8, Pre-Lok Adalat Sessions from Sept 01

JAMMU, AUGUST 27: A National Lok Adalat is going to be organized on September 8, 2018 and Pre-Lok Adalat Sessions shall be held fromSeptember 01 to September 07, 2018 at the District Court Complex Janipur, Jammu.

In this regard, all the concerned, including Advocates, Government Departments (Electricity and water Bills, Matrimonial) Insurance Companies, Financial Institutions, Banks, Litigants, who are desirous of getting their Pre-litigation and Post-litigation/ Pending Cases amicably settled before the National Lok Adalat through Reconciliation/ Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) shall furnish the particulars of their cases in the office of the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Jammu on or before  August 31,2018 to get their cases listed in the ensuing National Lok Adalat.
