Teenager attempts suicide in Kashmir

Srinagar, May 11: A teenager attempted suicide by consuming poison in Badgam district on Friday, official sources said.

They said an 18-year-old youth consumed some poisonous substance at his house in Badgam district. However, other family members immediately rushed him to Magam hospital where he was referred to Srinagar in a critical condition.
It was not immediately known why he attempted suicide, they said adding police has registered a case and initiated proceedings. UNI
