Panaji, May 4: The 162nd meeting of Town and Country Planning (TCP) Board will be held on May 16.
According to sources, earlier the TCP Board meeting was held on March 19, 2018. While some items on agenda were discussed but they required further deliberation and hence the meeting was not concluded and therefore adjourned.
A regular meeting required minimum 20 days notice period but in case of adjourned meetings, a minimum notice period of ten days was preferred, the sources said, adding the meeting would take up unfinished items and any such other additional items. UNI
