Srinagar, May 12: Working president of National Conference (NC) Omar Abdullah alleged that BJP
leaders had gobbled up the land and later hoped to use their influence to regularise
the purchase.
Taking to micro-blogging site twitter, Mr Abdullah, the former Chief Minister, said, 'BJP leaders' homes in Jammu are 'a security risk', according to the Army. It was well-known locally they gobbled up the land at cheap price & had hoped to use their influence to regularise the purchase.'
He was reacting to media reports that J&K BJP leaders, including current Deputy Chief Minister and MP, who had bought land next to Nagrota ammunition depot, has been declared illegal by the Army. UNI
