Maharashtra, Mar 31: Three farmers, including a woman and her son, were
killed due to a electric shock early this morning at Yellur village in Walva
tehsil of this district.
According to Kurlup police station, woman farmer Chhaya Laxman Mahadik (50), a
resident of Yellur village, was engaged in work to supply water to their agri
corps in the field, with her son Prabhakar (30) and labor Prakash Vimanna
Magdum (45) of Jat of this district early this morning.
Suddenly all of them suffered a shock from a electric wire, which was fallen in the field. In this incident, all three were dead on the spot.
Police registered a case and started probe. UNI
