Mumbai, Feb 9: The
Rupee on Friday slipped by fourteen paise to 64.39 versus the US Dollar in early trade on rising demand
for US Dollars by bankers and importers, dealers at Forex Market
said.
The local unit eased in early trade on increased demand for
the American currency from importers and banks along with negative opening in stock market.
A fluctuation was seen during intra day as it registered the day's high and low at 64.42 and 64.32 respectively, they added. UNI
