New Delhi, Feb 5: The Rajya Sabha was adjourned on Monday till 1400 hrs after Opposition created ruckus over "fake' encounters in Uttar Pradesh and ongoing sealing drive in the National Capital.
After the laying of papers, when the Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu called for the Zero Hour, Naresh Agrawal of the Samajwadi Party raised the issue of "fake' encounter in UP and Sanjay Singh of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) raised the matter of the ongoing sealing drive in Delhi.
The Chair did not permit the members to raise the matter under Rule 267 and called for the Zero Hour.
Soon after, members of the Samajwadi Party and Sanjay Singh of the AAP trooped into the Well of the House raising slogans against the government. 
Meanwhile, K V P Ramachandra Rao of the Congress,with placard in his hand demanding justice for Andhra Pradesh, also entered into the Well of the House.
The Chairman while asking the sloganeering members to go back to their seats said, "No one can dictate me". You cannot force the Chair like this". UNI
