Modi in Guwahati to open global investors summit

Guwahati, Feb 3: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Guwahati to inaugurate the two-day first-ever global investors summit 'Advantage Assam' here today.

Modi, who reached Guwahati airport in a special flight, was received by Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal and other dignitaries.
He will open an exhibition at the summit venue before participating in the inaugural ceremony.
Ministers of several foreign nations, including Prime Minister of Bhutan Tsering Tobgay, union ministers, foreign delegates and industry leaders are attending the summit. UNI
