New Delhi, Jan 24: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday met family members of the Bawana fire tragedy and distributed compensation cheques to them.
The AAP said Mr Kejriwal met the family members of the deceased who have lost their lives in the incident and distributed compensation cheques to the victims. He also assured all support from the government.
On Saturday, the Chief Minister had announced Rs five lakh compensation for the kin of deceased and Rs one lakh to those injured.
As many as 17 people died and two others were injured after a massive fire broke out at a factory in Delhi's Bawana industrial area following which the Government has ordered an inquiry into the matter. UNI
