Restrictions imposed in Khour under Sec-144 CrPc

JAMMU, SEPTEMBER 11: Sub Divisional Magistrate Khour, Devinder Paul today imposed restrictions under section 144 CrPC on and alongside the road from Trotti to Pallanwala via Khour in the wake of the frequently blocking of road by some miscreants on frivolous issues resulting into great nuisance to the common public who are subjected to harassment. Many encroachments are also reported on State land / Kahcharai / Custodian land alongside the road from Jourian to Pallanwala leading to Law and Order problem.

To ensure the safety and security of common public, the restrictions will stay imposed till further orders.
