SAMBA, SEPTEMBER 07: The MVD Samba today organized a road safety awareness programme at Path Seekers International School, Ramgarh.
          Information pertaining to Traffic signs, road crossing, safe     boarding and de-boarding from the school buses and scenarios about various road accidents were shared with the children during the programme.
During interaction with the school children, ARTO Samba Swaran Singh appealed the school management to impart road safety guidelines to the young buds on regular basis so that they inculcate safe driving ethics and rules.
          Various causes of road accidents and their prevention were explained to the students and staff of the school. He highlighted the importance of wearing good quality helmets while driving two wheelers and use of seat belt while driving four wheelers. He added that, drivers must avoid use of cell phones, head phones while driving, as nowadays it has become a cause of road accidents.
          On the occasion students also shared their experiences and resolved to follow Road safety rules. The School Chairman Bhupinder Singh ,MVI Madan Lal  and teaching staff of the school were also present at the programme.
