Sep 12: Police seized banned currency worth Rs 3 point 14 crore from a
three member gang at Perinthalmanna in this district last night. The seizure
was carried out on a tip-off that the gang was carrying the demonetized
currency in a car to Perinthalmanna. Shamsudheen, Abutty and Adil were
arrested, police said. UNI
