Rahul says attack on him in Gujarat was a BJP-RSS act

New Delhi, Aug 5 :  Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi today said the attack on his convoy in Gujarat was a handiwork of the BJP-RSS. That was Prime Minister Narendra Modi's way of doing politics, he said talking to reporters here about the attack that took place in Banaskantha in flood-hit Gujarat when he had gone there to meet the affected people yesterday. 'A BJP worker threw a huge stone at me. My PSO got hurt. This is kind of politics that Modi ji, BJP and RSS do,' Mr Gandhi said. Since it was they who had done it, why would they condemn it, the Congress vice-president said in reply to a question. Meanwhile, the Congress described the attack as murderous and said Mr Gandhi and other party leaders and workers would not be deterred by these 'fascistic' actions the BJP was resorting to, to keep them away from the state with an eye on coming Assembly elections UNI
