Jammu, Aug 5 :  Last batch of 89 Shri Amarnath pilgrims today left from Yatri Niwas base camp here for the holy cave shrine in South Kashmir. Chanting 'bam bam bhole', the pilgrims, comprising 37 males, 15 females and 37 sadhus, left in a cavalcade of four vehicles early this morning. Pilgrims left for Pahalgam and Baltal to perform the pilgrimage in four vehicles, including one Light Motor Vehicles and three buses. ‘’The Yatra is smoothly progressing on the highway," a police official here said. The 40-day long Amarnath yatra will conclude on August 7 on the occasion of Rakshabandhan with traditional prayers at the cave shrine. UNI
