Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today raised with Union Minister Radha Mohan Singh the difficulties faced by around 60 Master of Veterinary Science (MVSC) aspirants.

Srinagar, Jul 18 : Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today raised with Union Minister Radha Mohan Singh the difficulties faced by around 60 Master of Veterinary Science (MVSC) aspirants. An official spokesperson here today said the Chief Minister spoke to the union Minister for Agriculture Radha Mohan Singh and brought the difficulties of around 60 Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSC) pass outs from Kashmir Valley into his notice whose candidature for MVSC in different universities across the country is not being accepted without Post Doctoral Certificate. The Chief Minister requested the union Minister to look into the difficulties of these students, who could not get the said certificate due to disturbance in academic calendar last year in the Valley. The union Minister assured the Chief Minister that he would look into the problem of these students and necessary steps in this regard would be taken by his Ministry. “These students had got admission to MVSC course in various universities and colleges across the country but they were not in possession of the Post Doctoral Certificate. They had approached the Chief Minister office who had assured to look into their issues,” he added. UNI
