Srinagar, Jul 21 :  Police today foiled Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) march to United Nations Military Observers Group for India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP) after Friday prayers and arrested its chief Yasin Malik in the civil lines area. As soon as Friday prayers were over at Buchwara Jamia Masjid, Malik, who has been underground since yesterday morning along with his supporters, came out and tried to march towards UNMOGIP office. Security forces deployed in the area arrested the JKLF chief and his supporters. Yesterday, Malik had gone underground to prevent his arrest. Last evening, police raided his Abi Guzar office to arrest him. Both the factions of the Hurriyat Conference and JKLF had called for a general strike today and UN office chalo in protest against the alleged human right violation. UNI
