The Supreme Court said today it would hear the arguments from the Centre on Tuesday in the Aadhaar privacy case. All the petitioners have completed their submissions in the apex court. The Union of India would submit its contention in the case on Tuesday.


New Delhi, Jul 20 : The Supreme Court said today it would hear the arguments from the Centre on Tuesday in the Aadhaar privacy case. All the petitioners have completed their submissions in the apex court. The Union of India would submit its contention in the case on Tuesday. A nine-judge Constitution bench is hearing the arguments from various petitioners and respondents in the Aadhar privacy case. The bench is headed by Chief Justice of India Jagdish Singh Khehar. The other eight judges, hearing the case, are Justices Rohinton Fali Nariman, Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Abhay Manohar Sapre, D Y Chandrachud, S Abdul Nazeer, S A Bobde, R K Agrarwal and J Chelameshwar.
